1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GetLandable's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Services Description

GetLandable provides professional web design, development and digital product services, including:

3. Project Process and Timeline

Discovery Phase

You will complete our discovery form to provide project requirements. We will provide a quote based on your specifications. For larger or more complex projects, a discovery call will be scheduled to finalise scope before a formal quote is issued.

Development Timeline

Standard landing pages are delivered within 2 weeks from project commencement. Web applications, SaaS products and AI-powered projects require longer timescales which will be communicated and agreed upfront. Rush delivery (within one week) is available at an additional charge.

Revisions

Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Additional revisions may incur extra charges at our standard rate.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing

Our pricing starts from £250 for landing pages. Final pricing is determined by project complexity, features and requirements as specified in your quote. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable.

Payment Terms

Late Payment

Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Client Content

You retain all rights to content, images and materials you provide. By providing content, you grant us a licence to use it for the purpose of completing your project.

Completed Work

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the completed design and code. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing before the project begins.

Third-Party Components

Some projects may include third-party libraries, frameworks or components subject to their own licences. These remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Hosting and Maintenance

Unless otherwise agreed, projects are deployed to Vercel. You are responsible for your own hosting account and domain registration. We will assist with initial deployment and configuration as part of the project.

For landing page projects, hosting arrangements are as follows:

For web applications, SaaS products and other complex builds, ongoing hosting costs are billed directly by the hosting provider and are your responsibility after handover.

8. Post-Launch Support

All projects include 30 days of post-launch support covering bug fixes and minor adjustments within the original scope. This period begins on the date the project goes live or is handed over, whichever is earlier. Post-launch support does not cover new feature development, content updates or changes to scope.
